Technics SU 810 is quite old amplifier but able to power four speakers with continuous 40W. Might not sound much but this is Technics :) dont underestimate it.
In home cinema it has been depradated to powering sub level. Technics in my age was entry level for audio maniacs.
I could even say that this was how the world started. First there was Technics. Still after many years it is excellent peace of engineering that can amaze all of you.

There is nothing specific about sound in Technics world. It is how it should be. Music recorded is naturally moved through circuits of the amp and powered to speakers. After that speakers have to do job and sound quality will depend mostly on them. It is strong, it has power, and thats all.
