Slightly bigger than the Beovox S45 came the Beovox S60 which handle up to 60W RMS through its four way driver system. The speaker could be used as either a shelf, wall, or floorstand mounted. A trumpet type floor stand was available for this purpose.
Driver units measure: woofer 250mm, phaselink unit 125mm, midrange 50mm, teeter 25mm.

First time when I plugged them into the system I was surprised as they sound different...
We have four drivers instead only two, as in other popular products. Four drivers cover whole frequency range better than only two and that is mainly why they sound different. It appears that the sound is more detailed, closer to the listener and more full. High frequencies may sound little bit to harsh on the first instance but you may need consider changing your source as these days prices of the electronics are going down and quality is going down as well. Midrange is excellent, beautiful voices and instruments. Base, look at this driver, woofer has 25cm, its area will produce so strong kick that you will not need your sub any more.
Speakers are amazing in jazz, pop, rock, disco, and in movies. They vanish in room and produce clear sound image of any kind. You need to try Bang Olufsend before you die :)
