KEF Caprice standmount speakers

KEF Caprice II is a high-quality bookshelf loudspeaker offering amazing realism from a compact, two-way enclosure. The system can be easly located to give good tonal balance and exceptionally sharp, clear stereo images in generous-sized rooms. Today most of speaker drivers are made out of plastic (baskets, chasis). You want find plastic in this pari.
They are old good solid metal baskets which will not tend to wibrate and cause distruptions when playing loud.
It is designed to operate with amplifiers up to 100 watts output per channel and will give pick sound pressure levels of upt to 106dB.

Genuine drivers, undamaged, never repaired. Cabinets in very good condition, some small scrathes on top and bottom, dent on one of grills as well as they are little bit worn (please see pictures in the gallery)

Speakers sound remarkable, advantage of closed box is precise bass which does not tend to have boomy character as most of todays cheap speakers (50 - 150pounds).
Do not underestimate this pair, they may not look but are quite powerfull. I had them wired to 100W amp. What I can say that those two can ""kick"".
They can easily compete with speakers from price range 100 - 200 pounds.
Thanks to all that speakers emanate a pure sound with rich dynamics that fill even quite large rooms with ease. It is no difference what type of music you listen, Hard Rock, Pop, Soul, Hip Hop or Classic, KEF Caprice II will produce a balanced sound.
